Jiangsu Restaurant
  It was founded in 1946 with the original name "Yiji Revive Restaurant". It was famous for its authentic Beijing and Suzhou food, such as Stewed Dishes of freshes, Flavoured Chicken and Colorful Fishes. Especially for its "Fried Jinling Sankao" and "Nanjing Duck's Stomach", it is well known in the whole city.

Man-Han Full Banquet
  It was started in Qing Dynasty for greeting the emperor, now it represents the highest-grade of banquet. Xuanwu Hotel is the first one in Jiangsu Province that recommends the Banquet. Customers can experience the classic royal atmosphere during the meal. Because it needs long time to prepare, reservation is required.
Eight Qinhuai Specialties
